Garden in Bloom

Hi Everyone,

I saw this awesome card by Annette Elliot and knew I had to case it!  This set is so pretty and versatile.  I stamped the outline of the flowers in Early Espresso and then stamped the flower itself with Craft White.  I don't have the Dotted Lace Trim in the Delightful Dijon, so I used my Delightful Dijon Ribbon and colored on the back of the 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon in Whisper White.  It was so easy and didn't bleed on my hands that I know I will be using this technique a lot.  I will definitely be stocking up on that ribbon now that I know I can color any color I want.

Awesomely Artistic

Hi Everyone,
I got the Awesomely Artistic set after seeing so many wonderful samples on other blogs and Pinterest like this one: Perry Papercrafts.  I stamped the flowers in Mossy Meadow and then used my Blender Pens to color them in with Blackberry Bliss and Mossy Meadow.  After I used the Brick Wall Embossing Folder, I sponged Crumb Cake to make the bricks seem a bit more realistic.  I used the Happy Birthday from the Tin of Cards stamp set.  I just love the font on some of the sayings in that set.

Tin of Cards

Hi Everyone,

I just love this stamp "a happy hello" from the Tin of Cards set.  This is the first time I have used the Watermelon Wonder new In Color.  I was having problems pairing it up with something else, but really like how it looks with the Night of Navy and Silver.  I did case this card, but can't find the original creator, but it must have come from Pinterest or Instagram.

Remarkable You

Hi Everyone,

Well I'm still on a Remarkable You kick... I saw this wonderful card by Petra Taylor and had to try out the technique.  Since I don't own the butterflies, I decided to use the flowers from Remarkable you.  I stamped the flower twice, once in Night of Navy and once in Delightful Dijon then used blender pens to color in the petals.  It's really hard to cut up something you have created, but I really love the way it came out!
